Java Jazz event March 2,3,4, 2007 run very well and success. So many people from different professions, different ages and culture come to that event as they are enjoyed it much. For some reason it really great event because we could listen to so many international and national talented musician especially in jazz.
I attended it on saturday March 3, 2007. Started around 4 p.m. in the evening, me and my friends went directly to assembly 3 which performed Larry Franco from Italy, continued with Jazz Quintet from Jakarta and Daughter of Soul from USA. Greates perfomance by Diana Schuur and David Benoit!! They are really.. really amazing and very well talented. They also have great team who support each others. Melody and Each Instrument are mixing in harmony. Really relaxing soul 
I salute Diana even she is blind, but she really play the melody and music with her soul, her existance and her totality.. and it draw each audience to flow with her present.
Continued with Maliq & D’ Essensial from Indonesia, wow… the audience so full!! They screamed and yell loudly to call the name of the group which members of young, energic and talented persons.
Moved to another room, I watched Djanesy from Netherland, and ended with Jeff Lobber from USA. Time already showed around 1 a.m. in the morning. My eyes was so sleepy, eventough my soul are full and satisfied with what i got that nite.
That’s true that there is one ancient quotation "Music are relaxing your soul".
I got this from my friend, and this is really a blessing for me. I would like to share it to you..

I got an article that told Joanne Woodward, a lady who married to Paul Newman, undoubtedly one of the handsomest actors to come out of Hollywood, said, "Sexiness wears thin after a while and beauty fades, but to be married to a man who makes you laugh every day, ah, now that’s a real treat" Laughter is the catalyst, which turns love into a true treasure of the heart. If you can laugh together, you will find that love grows and encompasses you and shelters you from life’s many vicissitudes.
See… with laugh you can make someone falling in love with you!! what’s a great miracle and power euh?
Last time i also ever read that in the middle century, western people live longer than people in thsi century because research say that people in the middle century spent their live for laugh more.
Second miracle of laugh is.. you will live longer!
Third, you know the song "Forever young… i want to be forever young ", everybody want to be forever young. Hollywood actress did a lot of surgery and treatment just to make their face stay young. When you laugh, it give theraphy into your face and restrain it from early aging. The bible say from psalm, joyful heart is the great medicine. It will make you stay young, fresh and loveable!
Laugh is not something that hard and difficult to achieve. But it must come out from your heart. otherwise if you trying to hard, it will be spoiled. Draw ourself to fun, humour environment also help us more sensitive and innovative to make our own topic for laughing. Comic like Donald Duck, Doraemon, Kungfu Boy and any others fun show (i love "friends", "who line is it" & "my wife & kids" show haha.. those are so funny tv show) will sharpen our intuition. Then.. when you are already get into it, you will soon wondering why so much people wanna be with you all the time!

Chinese tradition usually celebrate Mid-Auturm with Mooncake. There are so many choices for the taste. The traditional ones is like red bean, green bean, sometimes mixing with salty yellow egg or some meat. But the modern ones become so various, like cheese, coffee, chocolate flavour.. wow!
I received mooncake from my nice friend, JM. It was sooo good! He sent it from Malaysia. The taste was different with what we have in Indonesia. Eventough the format is same. One things that i like most is the packaging box! it was so elegant hehe..

Pernah stuck dan ngga ada ide sama sekali?
Wah beberapa hari lalu aku sempat stuck dan ngga ada ide sama sekali untuk mendesain. Meskipun udah melihat beberapa referensi desain, tapi tetap ngga ada satupun yang ‘nyantol’ atau berhasil dikreasikan. Alhasil walaupun dengan kebingungan dan rasa malas gara-gara tidak ada secuil ide, mouse tetap aku gerak-gerakkan. Batasan waktu alias "Dealine" itulah yang akhirnya memaksa untuk terus berpikir dan mencoba.. Hasilnya.. jelek bo!.. nyoba lagi.. tetep jelek… nyoba lagi dan nyoba lagi… dan akhirnya dengan berbagai bentuk yang abstrak dan tidak bisa dimengerti ini, keluar juga ide untuk desain.
Memang betul yang namanya desain itu sangat relative, tergantung dari masing-masing personal kesukaannya seperti apa, tapi satu yang bisa dipelajari dari situasi ini.. saat stuck, cobalah.. gagal.. coba lagi.. coba lagi dan coba lagi.. dari situ nanti akan timbul hasil yang mungkin tidak pernah terpikirkan sebelumnya. Benar pepatah tua yang mengatakan "ketekunan adalah kunci keberhasilan"

Quit for a while during saturday and sunday from these busy daily works and my activities. I watched dvd movie titled "Akeelah and the Bee". It was soo good! at first i thought it just an usual teenage movie, but then i got wrong. The content of the movie was good, and we could learn something from it. I love the scene when they said "each of us are magnificent creatures of God.. but sometimes we are too fear with ourself. In fact, we are fabolous, talented, and gorgeous creation.. so.. who are you want to be?"
i am freezing for few second… then i realize.. yes, that’s true… each of us are magnificent creatures of God, then who am I wanna be..
This morning i read this word and really.. it is inspiring me..
"Look at the mirror, than say to person you see there.. I’m too blessed to be stress and too annointed to be disappointed"
yeah, sometimes we forget that we’re unique and worth and precious creature. We are trapped in our busy life and slow but sure that value decrease in our point of view. Look around.. how many person died only because they thought they are too stressed and too much pressure in their life ’till they cannot afford it longer than die is the only way to release it all.
I ever joined with some friends, we went to street and ministried there… how many children under age, already using "lem" or yellow glue only just to get fly! Eventough you have given them explanation, understanding and motivation to achieve better live by learning and not using that "kind of things", they just don’t care. They are too lazy to start new life, because they already get to use with what they are now..
yach… we cannot blame them.. i cannot blam or even judge them… maybe too much bitter time they face with..
the only thing that we can do is.. doing our best pur part and let’s pray together for this generation, for this country for this people.. so they can be enlightened and have better hope for their future life…
Some said "to be loved by someone give you Strengh…"
